Product Warranty Terms of Service

  1. AutoPlus agrees to provide mechanical repair services for products of exclusive agents in Hong Kong and Macau during the validity period. Exclusive affiliate brands include Graywolf, Formovie, CHIQ and Everycom.
  2. For other brands represented or sold by the company, the warranty service is provided directly by the manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer for details.
  3. The company is responsible for not charging any fee if all parts of the machine are damaged and need to be replaced or repaired during the valid warranty period, except for the connecting cable/random accessories and fuselage casing of the machine.
  4. The configuration that the user needs to configure in the following situations:
(a) Damage caused by water, fire, accident, negligence, improper use or abuse, inappropriate input voltage, normal wear and tear over time, and any unauthorized repair or modification.
  5. LCD/OLED screens and LCD/DLP projection elements are manufactured with the most sophisticated technology and are more than 99.99% pixels effective, but black spots or frequent bright spots (red, blue, or green) may still occur. This is the structural feature of LCD/OLED screens and LCD/DLP projection elements, and is not faulty or damaged. AutoPlus will only accept replacement requests within 7 days from the date of purchase, which must comply with a total of more than 3 points of dead spots and/or light spots on the above screen or projector (subject to AutoPlus verification). In case of any dispute, AutoPlus reserves the right of final decision.
  6. The projection screen warranty service is limited to the repair of mechanical failure, and the wear and tear of the screen is not covered by the warranty service.
  7. Users are required to keep the warranty sticker and retailer receipt to enjoy the warranty service. When requesting repair service, customers must present the original purchase slip and warranty sticker showing the model of the product, and copies will not be accepted. AutoPlus reserves the right to reject any service application that lacks the above documents.
  8. If the outlying parts need to be returned to the factory for maintenance service, the customer must bring the parts to one of the company's customer service centers and pick them up at the same location after the parts are repaired.
